Legalization and apostille of documents in Kazan

"World of Translations" carries out document legalization in two ways:

1. Apostille - simplified legalization

This is suitable for documents that you will use in the territory of a country that is a party to the Hague Convention (from October 5, 1961).

For the legalization of the document, we place an "Apostille" stamp. If there is no space for the stamp on the document, we attach the apostille document to it. In both cases, the document with the "Apostille" stamp is freely accepted in the countries listed as parties to the Hague Convention.

The "Apostille" is suitable for documents such as:

• birth, death, ownership certificates, etc.;
• passports,
• contracts, contractual documentation, etc.;
• diplomas.

2. Consular legalization

This is suitable for documents that you will use in a country that is not a party to the Hague Convention.

Legalization takes place in 4 stages:

1. Translation of the document and its notarization;
2. Certification of the document in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation;
3. Certification of the document in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
4. Certification of the document in the consulate of the country for which the document is intended.

With consular legalization, the document will have legal force only in the country for which it was legalized.
